There are a few possible reasons why you are unable to register your Sample ID code. First, check to confirm that you are entering the 6-character code exactly as it is depicted on the clear sample tube. It must be entered exactly right.
If the error message says that "That sample number has already been registered," this probably means that you have already registered the sample code. If you click the green "REGISTER" button at the bottom more than once by accident, then it registers the sample and then displays this error message.
