If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are not able to reroute it to bring it back to our facility.
If you would like a refund on an order that has already been shipped, you will need to mail the item(s) back to our facility in their original condition.
Once we receive the products, we will process refund for the full purchase price (less shipping) within three business days of receipt.
There are no hidden fees, penalties, or restocking fees associated with this process.
