At this time, we do not use the results of your pet's microbiome assessment to select a specific donor for your pet. The microbiome assessments are intended to provide direction and feedback on how diet, supplements, and medication may be impacting your pet's microbiome.
If we were to alter the composition of our donors' material, we would be creating a synthetic, non-natural supplement, and may not be as effective as the undoctored supplements that come directly from healthy pets. Until we are confident that we can create a better mix of microbes in the lab than a healthy, rigorously screened cat or dog can make on their own, we will not be making individually-tailored concoctions.
However, we are actively gathering data on donor-recipient matching, and it may be possible in the future. For now we are using donors whose microbiomes and health histories are impeccable in their own right, and most pets seem to take well to them.
